Web Aesthetic provides the following services:
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be set out in a separate proposal or agreement provided to you before work commences.
Fees are as published on our website or as agreed in writing. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit of 50% is required before work commences, with the balance due on completion. Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights in the deliverables we create for you will transfer to you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web Aesthetic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may cancel an engagement by giving 14 days' written notice. In the event of cancellation, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Deposits are non-refundable unless Web Aesthetic is unable to fulfil the agreed services.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
